Shipping & Delivery Information
To ensure your order is delivered smoothly and within the estimated time frame, please make sure your shipping details are entered accurately at checkout. This includes correct street names, house numbers, apartment details, and any additional delivery instructions if applicable.
Nazarive is not responsible for lost, delayed, or misdelivered packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided at the time of purchase.
Refused Deliveries
If a package is refused upon delivery, a processing fee of €15 will be applied to cover handling and logistics. In addition, the customer is responsible for any return shipping costs incurred.
Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday through Friday.
Processing time: 1–3 business days
Orders are dispatched shortly after processing
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays
If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@nazarive.com. Once an order has been processed, we are unable to make modifications.
